“long hair minimizes the need for barbers; socks can be done without; one leather jacket solves the coat problem for many years…” // a. einstein
it’s odd how the mind comes up with these things.
i haven’t got the faintest idea as to why i think it’s appropriate to get on a soap box about the appeal of a good leather jacket when wearing my own skin feels like one too many layers, (or seven), considering the weather.
however, whether it’s real, faux or recycled/vintage – the leather-look has suddenly dawned on me as being quite appealing – when not two years ago, i would’ve scrunched my nose and shook my head from side to side in protest at any such thought. it’s obvious, of course, but i love a girly dress paired with a beaten-up leather/look jacket. it’s just so good, and all it takes is just one.
